To make things easier, we have collated a series of documents, forms and other useful items that may be effortlessly downloaded and printed out. Several of these use the PDF system (the portable document format system means you will be able to handle these documents with out having to worry about your software or operating system) which, providing you have a recent version of the Adobe reader on you computer, just clicking the various PDF Logo's will do the rest!

If you do not have a recent copy of the Adobe reader installed on your computer just click on the Adobe button at the left to obtain the latest version (free of charge). Just scroll down the Adobe Product page until you see the download instructions.

Donations via Gift Aid    

By clicking here    you can download our Gift Aid Donation Form. Please use this form to send your donation as an individual donor. The MSF will claim an additional 28% from the exchequer on your behalf. Your donation will be even more beneficial to the Masonic Samaritan Fund. Click on the Gift Aid logo at the right for further information about Gift Aid.

Gift Aid envelopes

Follow this link    to obtain a document for guidance and instruction for the use of the Gift Aid envelopes. Click on the envelope image to see an enlargement.
By clicking here    you will be able to print off an accompanying form to include with the Gift Aid envelope(s) prior to submitting them to the MSF.

Sponsorship forms

Please use the standardised Festival sponsorship form, (click here to download)     if you intend to organise a sponsored event. This will allow you to maximise your revenue by having the relevant Gift Aid section on the sheet.

Lodge donation details

Please use this form (click here to download)    when sending a donation (whether by cheque or a Relief Chest blue form) from a Lodge.  By listing the names of individual donors, their donations can be credited to the Festival and will count towards individual honorifics.  Any sums listed in the name of the Lodge will count towards Lodge honorifics.

The role of Festival Steward

Every Craft Lodge is asked to appoint a Festival Steward, and, while this person could be the same person as the Charity Steward; the Festival Steward however, has a very specific role.
By following this link
  a functional role and clearly defined guidelines for the office may be downloaded to assist any Festival Steward.

Talks and presentations

If you intend to address a Masonic gathering to explain what the Masonic Samaritan Fund is all about, why it's important and what can be done to provide additional support, please follow this link for a ten minute talk to update people about the Festival.
